Leadership coaching is offered as a program – 10 hours over 4 -6 months or as maintenance – eg monthly or bi-monthly meetings. Because coaching is conducted over several sessions it results in sustained improvement and behaviour change.

- Leadership Team coaching is a 6 month program designed to build high performing teams. An experienced leadership professional works closely with the team leader and team to create the conditions required for high performance. These conditions include leadership capability, team mindset, trust / relationships and compelling direction. Leadership Team Coaching involves 4 key stages (described in the PDF). Importantly the coaching is linked to business as usual. The coach participates in key team meetings and off-sites. Ultimate success is a self-sustaining high performing team.

It has the added benefit of helping individuals to deal with real work challenges and learn in a highly practical and relevant way. The program focuses less on theory and far more on developing the practical skills and techniques of listening, asking insightful questions, offering feedback and ultimately – enabling others to find their own way forward.
