- Campfire
- Campfire is a unique development and communication experience perfect for conferences and team events. It is a little like Andrew Denton’s “Enough Rope” as an experienced Somersault consultant interviews a leader. It enables teams to get to know their leaders at a deeper level and to engage with them around the important issues. Leaders embark on Campfire when they want to build greater trust, they have just joined the team or during periods of change. The experience has been described as real, enlightening, honest and compelling.

- Theatre of Change & Performance
- One of the ideal metaphors for achieving outstanding performance is the theatre. In this learning experience participants get to better understand the relationship between director and actors. This enables participants to better appreciate the relationship between leader and team. You will discover what it takes for a director to create an environment for high performance, the choice between directing or reflecting and the power of interdependence. This experience is ideal for leaders wanting to create high performance, better understand human dynamics and the principles for sustained change.
- African Drumming
- One of the more rewarding team experiences is African Drumming. Not only will your team create music, complete with rhythm and beat, you will draw a number of parallels to your workplace. In Chris Lesser, you will be in the hands of a master drummer and master teacher. This team development experience is for 90 minutes and is ideal for groups of 10 to 80. Success in drumming can only be achieved through teamwork.
